Arely joined Practical HR in September 2015 as a consultant. Arely is a dedicated human resource professional with extensive experience collaborating with business to align needs and support for organizational goals. Her broad HR Generalist experience includes the areas of benefits administration, leave administration, on-boarding, recruitment, compensation/payroll reporting, development of policies & procedures, performance management, HRIS technologies, legal compliance, organizational development, change management, conflict resolution, employee engagement.
Arely graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and she also achieved a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Capella University.
