Cheryl Flood began her career by establishing a human resources department for a small service company with 75 employees. Within two (2) years the company doubled in size. Some of the increase in size was due to acquisitions. Since that time, and while working at another employer, she advanced her career within the human resources profession leading a department of seven (7) employees. Cheryl is a highly regarded professional providing leadership and direction beyond the traditional human resources role. She is proactive in identifying and resolving issues through innovative solutions that improve organizational performance, workforce quality and company culture.
